Meridian Zero Degrees is headquartered in Aberdeen, North Carolina on an 11-acre campus with state of the art equipment. We have a 65,000 square foot plant housing CAD design stations, metal fabrication, assembly lines, testing rooms, warehousing, shipping/receiving docks and administration offices. Quality is our top priority and we have the facilities and equipment required to deliver the latest kiosk styles with unrivaled durability.
By having all processes in house we have complete control over quality, design, cost and timelines. And this enables us to prototype & test ideas quickly and efficiently, resulting in superior products and service.

Engineering Stations - MK engineers work exclusively with state of the art CAD design stations and high-end displays, powered by SolidWorks and Pro-E. These are the platforms that initiate our rapid prototyping & design processes.
Metal Fabrication - MK's in house fabrication area transforms raw sheet metal into finely-tuned kiosk enclosures. We use precision laser cutting technology, ultra-fast turret punching, welding, press brakes and powder coating. These tools utilize CNC programming so digital files from engineering are sent directly to the machines in real-time.
Assembly Lines - Once fabricated, the enclosures are sent down the assembly line for hardware integration. All components are installed and tested to ensure optimal performance. Finally, graphics are applied and a rigorous QA inspection is conducted prior to shipment.

Many clients and business partners make a point to visit often and we invite you to do the same! Aberdeen is located in the heart of golfer's paradise with over 40 courses in the area.
Our plant is just 5 minutes from the famed Pinehurst Country Club, host to multiple US Open tournaments for both the PGA and LPGA .
Nearest airports are Raleigh/Durham (RDU), Charlotte (CLT) and Fayetteville Regional (FAY). Local airport is Moore County (SOP).
