Aberdeen, NC – June 13, 2017 – Meridian, the Customer Experience Leader in self-service solutions, installed their Presenza interactive kiosk with InterAct Digital Signage software at the brand new Ace Hardware store in Southern Pines, NC.
The interactive kiosk provides Ace Hardware with a new way to engage customers by promoting products, events, specials and other local businesses. “We’re happy to see InterAct provide value to a business in our local community. This is a great way for Ace Hardware to interact with their customers and provide helpful relevant information,” said Meridian CEO, Chris Gilder.
The touch screen offers customers a new, interactive way to interact with content and learn more about the products they’re searching for. Each listing within InterAct can display photos, videos, an interactive map and written content. “The Interactive kiosk with touch screen has created so many new opportunities to teach our customers about our products and services, with experts that are available online,” said co-owner, Randy Saunders.
“The interactive icons and the ease of use lets or customers discover more of what we have to offer at our ACE store and also many items that may not be on the floor but are available to be purchased as a special order. The InterAct software allows Ace Hardware to feature information about products and specials while providing an opportunity for partners to advertise. Ace Hardware of Southern Pines will soon be allowing local contractors to advertise in a home services section of the kiosk.
