MAXIMIZE EMPLOYEE EFFICIENCY
By streamlining simple processes, government kiosks allow employees to focus on more skilled tasks.
Bill payment kiosks allow users to make payments through a simple, secure process. For example, a university could use a bill payment kiosk to provide payment options for tuition, meals, or housing. Alternatively, state and local governments could use a bill payment kiosk to allow citizens to pay fines like parking tickets or littering offenses.
License renewal kiosks change the way customers think of their local DMV and DOT. The kiosks provide an efficient, simple solution for renewing licenses and allow government employees to focus on more detailed tasks.
Security check-in kiosks help government establishments provide a secure environment for employees and guests. Guests and employees can check in, alert the necessary parties and print out required badges by simply using the kiosk.
Ticketing kiosks provide a cost-savings solution while also providing excellent service to customers. Users can order and pay for their items or service and receive their required ticket directly from the kiosk.
MORPHOTRUST DRIVER’S LICENSE RENEWAL KIOSKS
MorphoTrust enlisted the help of Meridian to create a self-service solution for Motor Vehicle Administrations (MVA) across the country. The self-service kiosks allow customers to renew or replace their driver’s license, update their photo, and renew their vehicle registration. Customers simply use the touch screen to select the desired transaction and scan their driver’s license or ID card to retrieve their name, date of birth and social security number. Users also have the option to manually enter their information. The kiosks include a camera to take customer facial photos. Advanced software compares the existing and new photos to verify customer identity before prompting credit/debit card, cash or check payment. Once the payment is processed, customers receive a receipt with a temporary license or the new ID is printed, depending on the state.
